This comes as we observe Child Protection Week from the 25th of May to the 1st of June. This year's theme is "Working together in ending violence against children". Non-Profit Organisation, the Teddy Bear Foundation says they are noticing heightened levels of anxiety, depression and post-traumatic disorder in children as a result of either being victims of abuse or bearing witness to such acts in society.
