That's the view of investigative journalist Azarrah Karrim- ahead of her keynote address at the Annual Mahatma Gandhi Media Lecture at the Phoenix Settlement in Durban today. The lecture aims to immortalize the link Gandhi had with social journalism. Amid her several accolades in investigative journalism Karrim believes that media today draws greatly from Gandhi in the form of passive resistance. Karrim also explains how the role of women in resistance has inspired her work...
