ActionSA says overcrowded classrooms, budget constraints and increasing demand are affecting the quality of education for all learners. However, South Africa's Constitution guarantees every child the right to basic education, regardless of nationality, making the issue both legally and politically contentious. The party is now calling for urgent interventions to ensure the education system remains sustainable while protecting constitutional rights.
