Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese "mind-body" exercise, known to improve balance, flexibility, strength and stress reduction. Tai Chi teacher, Rocky Naidoo explains the benefits seen from his lessons, especially for the elder generation in the community...

* The classes are free and open to all age groups every Friday between 10 and 11AM at the Chatsworth Youth Centre.

The search continues for one remaining missing person. The victims were swept away on Thursday evening when a vehicle attempted to cross the Imfenebude bridge during heavy flooding. Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs spokesperson, Senzelwe Mzila says disaster management teams have now deployed drones to assist with the search in hard-to-reach areas along rivers feeding into the uThukela River...
