By Newsbreak Producer, Tashlan Naidoo - The legal team of former president Jacob Zuma's daughter will apply for her discharge on unrest-related charges. This after the State closed it's case in the Durban High Court. Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla is charged with incitement to commit violence and incitement to commit terrorism in connection with a series of tweets she made during the unrest in 2021. The unrest broke out after Zuma was send to prison for contempt of court. During cross examination ealier this week Advocate Dali Mpofu said the case is nothing but a political plot to tarnish the name of Zuma-Sambudla as well as her father.
