This after heavy snowfall blanketed areas including among others, Impendle and the Midlands, resulting in the closure of schools, loss of connectivity and the temporary closure of certain roadways. The SA Weather Service (SAWS) says conditions are expected to ease from tomorrow. KZN Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs spokesperson, Siboniso Mngadi is calling on those who use paraffin and open fires to keep warm to exercise great caution when doing so....
