The Nelson Mandela Community Youth Centre together with the South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG) are calling on the young and old to come together this weekend for a mental health support group aimed at confronting the crisis. The initiative will create a space for people to speak openly about their struggles, without fear of judgement.
