The family of the murdered Shailen Singh are still battling to come to terms with their loss- as court proceedings began at the Durban Magistrates Court of Friday. The 32-year-old was gunned down outside an Umhlanga restaurant last Sunday. He died in a hail of bullets. Two suspects were arrested and appeared in court. They remain in police custody ahead of a formal bail application expected on the 13th of January. Singh leaves behind a two-month old baby and his wife. His father Pradeep Singh re-lives that fateful Sunday morning- as he calls for swift justice.
