By Newsbreak Producer, Tashlan Naidoo - The case against a church elder from Dobsonville, Soweto for the alleged rape of a twelve year old girl has been postponed to the 20th of August for transfer to the Johannesburg High Court. Tshepo Ntsimane appeared briefly at the  Roodepoort Magistrates Court this morning. He was arrested in April this year, after a video of the incident circulated on social media.
