Louie Palu was working for National Geographic on January 6, 2021. His assignment took him to the U.S. Capitol and placed him amongst the crowd both outside and inside the building. He was hit, shoved and confronted. He shielded himself from rubber bullets being fired down some of the most hallowed halls in America.
