After more than two decades, an arrest has been made in a cold case murder of a 2003 murder of a Frederick man. Frederick County Sheriff Chuck Jenkins made the announcement Friday during a press conference. 

Montgomery County police have arrested a Lanham rideshare driver accused of raping a teenage girl in Silver Spring, and detectives believe there may be other victims. Police say Abdoulaye Dia is charged with first-degree rape, kidnapping, second-degree assault and third-degree sex offense.
