The Frederick County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal pedestrian crash that claimed the life of a Frederick woman Thursday evening.

Frederick city officials have adopted a $293.7 million fiscal year 2027 budget that will take effect July 1. 

A judge has sentenced Carroll County resident Jason Pickett to 20 years in prison following his conviction in a scheme that defrauded a local lawn care company out of more than $310,000.
