A homicide investigation is underway after a deadly shooting in Hagerstown early Sunday.

The Frederick County Board of Elections has certified the results of the primary election, with no changes made after the final canvass of mail-in and provisional ballots.

Two women are dead and a firefighter was injured following an early morning house fire in Silver Spring.
