A tip from a Poolesville resident has helped detectives identify a Frederick man accused in a deadly hit-and-run. Starting Monday, September 28th, juveniles will face a new 3 p.m. curfew at two Montgomery County malls. Frederick police have arrested a suspect in the investigation into an August 9th shooting in the 100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
