Jennifer’s book was recently honored with the Silver Nautilus Award in the Death & Dying/Grief & Loss category. We discuss Jennifer's “At Peace Tool Kit.” This is a collection of resources and recommendations on advanced care planning, steps to secure a medical ID, and “conversation starters” to ease our comfort with talking about death and dying.
