Conflict is an uncomfortable but sometimes unavoidable part of collegiate life. As Director of Conflict Resolution and Accountability, Andre Clanton reiterates that the process is not necessarily meant to be punitive but rather restorative and rehabilitative, getting to the bottom of the root of a problem and finding a workable solution. Clanton is a fascinating man with many talents and interests, including serving as an Associate Pastor at a local church and lending his baritone voice to the Voices of LIFE gospel choir.
