Ep6 - Compassion

View descriptionShare

In our 6th episode, we focus on "Compassion". In essence, palliative care is compassionate, as its main goal is to bring comfort and relieve pain and suffering at the end of life. Showing kindness to yourself and others during difficult or vulnerable moments can help to relieve mental and emotional suffering as well. We hear from 4 guests - 2 patients, 2 caregivers - on the importance of compassion on both sides.
