We've all heard about the importance of "staying grounded" amidst the storm. But what we may not fully understand, is that it takes a real sense of effort to embody this sense of grounding when you're about to do a presentation. And to whatever capacity, we all have to present to someone or a group of people at some stage or another.
So this shorty is to remind you to come out of your head, and rest down into your body. I have shared many episodes on mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, and vocal warm ups (Public Speaking Pt 1 & Pt 2) in previous episodes - so this episode is to really remind you to get out of your head, and spend time connecting with your body so that the confidence you seek can emerge from the inside out.
