This week, I speak to Clinical and Sports Psychologist, Santiago Brand.

Santiago is a sport and exercise psychologist who specializes in brain mapping, neurofeedback and biofeedback. He is the clinical director of MindLab Applied Neuroscience in Singapore. Santiago has 15 years of experience in quantitative EEG aka Brain Mapping, neurofeedback, biofeedback and brainspotting. Santiago is also a lecturer and consultant having shared his expertise in 15 countries.

We had such a good chat and after receiving my own brain map, where I had so much insight on how to tweak my lifestyle and optimize my brain function. It was so powerful we decided to join forces and launch our first Neural Oasis Retreat happening August 19th, 2023!
