This week, I talk about The Felt Sense & Why It's Important.
The “felt sense" is the process of bringing awareness inside the body so that the ever-changing sensory/energetic/and emotional landscapes can be felt. It is the bodily-held sense of the whole of a situation, relationship or issue. By practicing the felt sense, we get out of our heads to try to explain the actions that are happening out side of us, and instead we move inwards to experience the living body we’re in so that we can understand the nuances, even subtle nuances of how we’re responding the environment.
Our bodies hold so much wisdom, if we choose to listen. Learn how to tap into the body's knowledge and let it speak its mind.
