The *_Healing Mama Circle*_ is an intimate wellness and conversation gathering created
for mothers- a soft, gentle, honest space where women come together to unpack the
emotional, mental and identity shifts that often come with motherhood.
Through guided conversations, storytelling, reflection, wellness elements and community,
the space encourages mothers to feel seen, supported and less alone in their experiences.
The work is deeply rooted in maternal mental wellness, identity, healing, selfhood and
honest motherhood conversations that are often not had openly enough.
This month’s gathering theme is:“As I Am- releasing expectations & honouring the mama I
actually am.” It’s taking place on the 23rd. Especially during Mental Health Awareness
Month, we’re creating space for mothers to release pressure, perfectionism and
performance, and instead reconnect with themselves gently and honestly.
The Healing Mama Circle forms part of Selfhood Network — a platform committed to
creating emotionally intentional spaces and conversations around womanhood, motherhood
and healing.
