I realised I have anxiety due to a workplace bully who is a junior staff member.
this has been happening for years. Each time I'm around this person or have a
meeting with them I have bouts of anxiousness.
We recently had a misconduct case with this person and each time we had a
hearing; I would not be able to sleep the night before, i would have palpitations,
sweating and not being able to sleep. I am the manager and they are a junior
staff member. I'm currently attending online therapy with my medical aid. But
i really don’t know how to cope and move beyond this
anxiety.
