For me, it’s the freedom I hate people telling me what to do.

When building a business online you need to be solving a particular problem for a particular person.

It’s about communicating very clearly how that product or service is going to change that person’s life.

In your industry, you need to know your niche, the problem and the solution.

What vehicle are you going to use solve the problem? there are different solutions and you need to choose the one that suits you best.

You want to make sure people get the fastest results with the services you are offering.

Building the brand is more important than building a physical or tangible product.

Rebranding

Making sure your brand is easy to understand is vital so your audience doesn’t become exhausted.

When I  complete a rebrand I take down everything from the previous brand otherwise you can become attached and use up valuable time going over earlier content changing intros and the brand name.

Leveraging and outsourcing

Taking clients through a specific set of steps is the most sensible way for coaches instructors. When you have developed a system that works it can be effectively used repeatedly.

You can provide personal touchstones but it doesn’t need to be radically different for each client.

I’ve been able to leverage my business by creating a repeatable process that everyone goes through.

We have been able to do this because of our core messaging - we help people start high ticket online coaching companies and having a very clear message ensures we attract a very specific group.

Assign responsibility not tasks

All of the people in my team are contractors and I assign responsibilities, not tasks. You need to know what people are motivated by and use this to drive things forward.

When you assign people a task they just feel like a cog in a bigger machine when you assign responsibility, people take on a level of ownership.

Making an impact

For me, its hearing about how I’m changing people’s lives I’m not really motivated by money

It’s my impact on other people that really matters.

I always want to be better than I was the day before, you can change your life if you have intentional action.
