TheBible does not codon riots, in fact the Bible mentions that Paul faced riots because of his message, Acts 19: 23-41,  which stirred up jealousy and riots.  The reason was that Paul's new message was going to disturb the idol worshipers business .  Our responsibility as believers is to share the good news and pray for people who are involved and those in authority, 1 Tim. 2: 1-3.
