The origin of the name is Persian which means : A riding animal, a rider or a horse.  In Zoroastrianism a demon god rides on a horse.  This shows the willingness of Islam to copy other religions.  They also touch on the origin of the names Aisha and Fatima. They think that they are Jewish names of two wives of Ishmael according to the Jewish Tergum.
