Some people use passages from the Bible(Jer. 10: 2-4, Isa. 44: 14-15) to say that we should not celebrate Christmas, but Al Fadi answers three arguments of why Christians should celebrate Christmas using J Hampton Keathley III.  1. Christmas is commercialized and materialized. 2. Scripture does not authorize it.  3. The Scripture forbids it.  He points out that we have to look at the context of the passages and ask ourselves what is the reason behind the celebration.  He also points to passages in the new testament where angels, shepherds ,and magi celebrated the birth of our Lord.
