Al Fadi is visiting this subject again as he mentions the four wrong views of government that he addressed in previous episodes.  Starting from Genesis when God instituted the civil government (Gen. 9: 5-6). In the new testament in Romans 13, government was established by God to punish evil,  we should obey the authorities , and do good.  The book of judges is a great example when chaos and anarchy rule and everybody does what is right in his own eyes.
