When people exchange the truth with a lie it leads to being filled with unrighteousness(being guilty), wickedness(treating others poorly),greed(not willing to share), murder,strife,...We need to share the gospel with others(ie. muslims) or we are murderers; we have a holy obligation to share the gospel with everyone.
