I genuinely believe politics found me! Today I am a political commentator and personality, and as I travel throughout the state and country, I am concerned that we have stopped talking. Today people are afraid to voice their opinions, share their ideas, and be around those who disagree. 30-second media hits are just too short to grasp one's perspective. During this podcast, I will share my raw, in-your-face opinions- with some of my friends about some of our most controversial topics each week!

The Janelle King Show

We are NOT a Democracy, but what are we?

With rising crime and delayed response times across the country, hope is no longer a safety strategy—self-sufficiency is a survival requirement. In this episode, we break down why record numbers of women are taking their safety into their own hands, how anti-gun lobbyists manipulate emotion to disarm free citizens, and why owning a firearm without tactical training is a dangerous illusion. Joined by powerhouse firearms instructor Shelly Evie Harris (aka Shelly E), we explore what it takes to build real capability behind the trigger, reject propaganda, and claim your God-given right to self-defense.

In this episode, we dismantle the lie that true compassion can be forced by government decree. We take a deep dive into Ayn Rand’s philosophy—acknowledging her brilliant warnings against state control, while exposing where she got it wrong by falling into the trap of pure self-worship. True altruism isn't found in a government tax code, nor is it found in total selfishness. Join us as we uncover the only way a life of selflessness can occur.
