• Professor Henry Brodaty AO is this year's Senior Australian of the year. Henry chatted about his research and practical tips to help keep our brain healthy.  

• Josh Teague, SA Deputy Leader for the Liberal Party and Shadow Attorney-General, had played blind cricket; shared thoughts about telephone voting at this year's state election; e-scooters and increasing penalties for discriminating against assistance animals,  

• Adele Sliuzas, Visual Arts Curator at the Mill invited any artist with a disability to apply for The Mill's Disability Access Studio, This amazing opportunity will see one artist receive a private studio at The Mill for 6 months with a whole heap of extras,  

• Pam Mitchell, Counsellor, reflected on the Lunar new year and the Winter Olympics - the athlete's achievements; triumphs and challenges.  

• Dr. Geoff Lester, Perioperative and Internal Medicine Physician spoke about heart valve disease awareness week: warning signs; diagnosis, and treatments. Geoff spoke from a position of lived experience.  

• Kath Duncan, award winning writer; playwright; Advocate, was excited about Kath's season of "Specials", premiering at the Arts House in North Melbourne - one of the sessions is complete with audio description and a tactile tour, 
• Rachael Lance, Head of Support Mobilisation at WWF Australia, let us know about Earth Hour, 28th March, and their Challenge 60, help us understand the power that Aussies can have when they act together for the planet, 60 minutes a day in nature in your own way leading up to and after the day,
