Blenrep has being approved for use in Australia for people who have  relapsed after initial treatment for  myeloma – it is described as a 'trojan horse therapy' 

• Myfanwy Schostakowski was told she was having triplets. Myfanwy talks about the incredible support from Mum for Mum and the challenges of a multiple birth as well as raising awareness of perinatal mental health.  

• David Mitchell, health commentator, shared tips to minimise the impact of hangovers; and even some preventative measures - a must listen at these festive times.  

• Belinda Hellyer, from Brewed By Belinda, tempted our taste buds and encouraged us to try using tea in our cooking for Christmas and the festive season.  

• Professor Abraham Jacob, a leading colorectal surgeon, spoke about incontinence and some remarkable and revolutionary surgical techniques that make a huge difference to quality of life - Sacral Neuromodulation is such a procedure, 

• Mark Townend, CEO for Spinal Life, was outraged at the impact of NDIS cuts on people with disability - leaving individuals unable to meet the most basic human need: going to the toilet safely and with dignity. Are politicians listening?
