On this episode of Legally Speaking, I’m thrilled to be joined by two experts in the family law realm.

First, I’m joined Dr. Roisin O’Shea of Arc Mediation. Arc Mediation opened in 2010 and specialise in family law mediation together with commercial and workplace. On the podcast we look at  mediation as part of the family law process.

My second guess on the show is award winning solicitor Marcella Sheehy from Fethard in Tipperary. Marcella specialises in Family Law and Personal Injury Litigation. She has completed specialist Diplomas with the Law Society namely Judicial Skills & Decision Making and Family Law. She has won Irish Law Awards including Munster Sole Principal of the Year (2024) and secondly Family Law Lawyer of the Year (2025).
