As you listen you will find out that eating healthy has always been a challenge for Allan ever since he was a child. You will also learn more about his difficult relationship with food, the love that he has for his family, and arguably most important how Allan was able to not only lose weight but also keep it off. His story is truly inspiring as it shows that pure determination and a little bit of love will get you through anything.

We also get to talk about some basketball including how he landed a dream job at the 36ers and his future running goals!

Andrew has the ability to make people feel welcome, even if he has only just met you.
