Or does it mean feeling safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and imperfect without worrying that everything you say will be used against you later?

In this episode, Kier Gaines breaks down what we really mean when we ask our partner to “be our peace.” Because relationships are going to have conflict. Two people with different experiences, needs, personalities, and expectations are not going to agree on everything. The goal isn’t to eliminate conflict. It’s learning how to move through it together without turning your partner into the enemy.
