Tahli also talks about the need for individuals to make submissions to the Commission if they have experienced or witnessed acts of antisemitism, and brings up the important point that submissions can be based solely on the impact on community lifestyle that such events have had (e.g. the ever-present, tight security at Jewish schools, synagogues and at community events).
