Maurice Klein speaks with Rabbi Mendy Ajzenszmidt, the Congregation’s Rabbi about the South Caulfield Hebrew Congregation (SCHC) which celebrated its 75th anniversary as a vibrant, inclusive Synagogue in Melbourne, honouring Harvey Bruce OAM and Sarah Bruce (obm) for their 60 years of dedicated service to the South Caulfield Shule and Kehilla. With guest speakers The Hon Alexander Downer AC and Tim Wilson, the Liberal candidate for Goldstein, who both spoke passionately and with moral clarity about the Jewish community and their concerns for the Jew-hatred antisemitism storming Australia and the world.
