Marc outlines the grounds for the legal claim by Avi Zinger, who steadfastly refused to cave to the demands and illegal discrimination of the anti-Israel senior Ben & Jerry's executives in Vermont. Marc explains that the matter has now been resolved successfully for Avi Zinger who now owns Ben & Jerry's Israel in perpetuity, selling the product under Hebrew and Arabic labelling.
