The Governor of Victoria, Her Excellency The Honourable Linda Dessau AC CVO, with her staff, have just seen Jerusalem through Effi's eyes and knowledge, and guess what, you won't believe what Effi gave Governor Dessau to remember her trip to Israel and Jerusalem with Effi.  We also heard about the newly opened suspension rope bridge over the Hinnom Valley, the longest in Israel and that Magen David Adom has a new all track ambulance for the old city of Jerusalem.
