Meet our guest, Richard Odom, a retired law enforcement officer with 17 years of dedicated service. In an attempt to cope with the mental and emotional toll of the job, he turned to alcohol, setting the stage for a perilous downward spiral that ultimately culminated in a suicide attempt.

Through his journey, he seeks to shine a light on the issues of police trauma, mental health, and addiction, offering a lifeline of connection, hope, and recovery to those who face similar struggles.
