For Drew’s Brews today, we prepare for a huge Oktoberfest celebration next weekend at one of my favorite Chicagoland breweries of all time! 

Everything about them: the owner, the vibe, the pours. The fact that they have their own brewery dog named Hopper, who not only has his own Instagram page, but is also the friendliest, cuddliest big dog you’ve ever met?
