Here we go again, a 47-year-old man was left in extreme pain and needed surgery after he inserted a water-glass into his rectum. The Nepalese man arrived at the ER admitting the object had been inside him for three days. According to the “Journal of Nepal Medical Center,” initially, the man said it had happened by accident before revealing he had inserted the glass himself for sexual gratification while intoxicated.
