Definitions
1. Saint (Phil. 4:22) - hagios (gk) - describes something set apart, consecrated, distinguished, made holy.
2. Washed Clean (I Cor. 6:11) - apolouo (gk) - points to a specific point in time when something or someone was washed thoroughly and completely.
3. Made Holy (I Cor. 6:11) - hagios (gk) - set apart, sanctify, consecrate, make distinct or different.
4. Made Right with God (Justified) (I Cor. 6:11) - dikaioo (gk) - to make right or righteous.
5. Sanctification (I Thes. 4:4) - hagios (gk) - describes a cleansing process that produces a lifestyle of holiness.
6. Honor (I Thes. 4:4) - time (gk) - something of great value or worthy; something worthy of dignity and respect.
7. Passion (I Thes. 4:5) - pascho (gk) - any pressure that causes one to strain or suffer from outside forces or circumstances.
8. Lust (I Thes. 4:5) - epithumia (gk) - a desire that has become so intense the person experiencing it is overcome and gives themself over to it.
9. Walk (Gal 5:16) - peripateo (gk) - Describes an everyday, habitual, practical living.
10. Fulfill (Gal 5:16) - teleo (gk) - to reach a goal; in this text it emphasizes the fact that walking in the Spirit completely cancels the desire so that it can never be fulfilled.
