1. Authority is central to living an orderly life on every level.
2. Everyone struggles with authority.
3. A passion for authority begins with submitting to Jesus' lordship.

Authority - exousia (gk) - Describes delegated or assigned authority or influence.
Ordinance - diatasso (gk) - An established directive/order through which God channels His authority.
Lord - kurious (gk) - Describes one who is the supreme master, inherently carrying with it the idea of submission.
Saved - sozo (gk) - Depicts a total salvation [not simply forgiveness of sins] or rescue from danger and destruction.
