Bri runs us through her background which includes a commerce degree, film school, founding a speech and drama school, and creating viral videos with Mamamia. She also reveals what it felt like to face a shock cancer diagnosis in her early thirties and talks about her first book Life is Tough, So are You which documents the most important lessons she learnt on this journey.



Not only is Bri great at kicking cancer’s butt, but she is also VERY good at setting goals.



Bri talks us through why the goals we set fail and the things that we can put in place to transform them from dumb goals into SMART goals. She reminds us to not be too ambitious (don’t go from zero to hero ladies!) and that mindset is key.
