Our bad weeks are gateways to expansion.

What do we mean by this?

Building upon the previous episode, the challenges that we go through in our lives can easily pull us back into our smallness.

But - we recognise our power in these situations.

We have the power to decide...

To decide whether or not we allow ourselves to grow from those challenges.

To decide to continuously show up, even though we aren't at 100%.

To decide what our lives are going to look like and how we can move forward from our tough weeks.

You get to decide.

You get to design your life.

You get to desire all the incredible things.

You don't need someone else's permission, because there is no such thing as getting it "wrong".

AND - you have us, Lara + Anna + our community + your girlfriends, to hold space for you, to love you, to allow you to be all that you are, and to remind you that you are a freaking queen!
