Seven incarcerated people at Men's Central Jail in downtown L.A. have been hospitalized, one in critical condition, after what L.A. sheriff's say was an overdose. L.A. city council voted to stop reno-victions, which means getting a new kitchen or bathroom will no longer mean tenants get evicted. First dust of snow on local mountains. Plus more.
