We give you details of Governor Newsom's budget plan, and the cuts it includes to state programs that have already been approved. Governor Gavin Newsom launched a new watchdog agency last year to rein in California gas prices, which are the highest in the nation, and they've just reported back to legislators. And Metro is holding meetings to get feedback on its planned Sepulveda Pass rail line, which will either be a monorail or a subway.
