Feds raid LAUSD superintendent home and HQ, LAPD data on minor traffic stops—Afternoon Edition

The FBI served search warrants at the LA Unified School District offices and at the superintendent's home -- what we know so far. New data shows LAPD officers use minor traffic stops to investigate Black and Latino people on suspicion of committing a more serious crime and that's done at a higher rate than their share of the city’s population.
