Talked about the city's snow czar and La Crosse County administrator Steve O'Malley -- again. We did brainstorm a couple punishments for O'Malley, after his Facebook comment. Also, should we not let the public go and shovel the sidewalks that are still snowy 24 hours after a storm and collect the $75 fee, plus $2.50 a foot? That would solve the problem really quick.
