For millions of young Americans, summer vacation is winding down, and a return to school means rising anxiety. Child psychologists say some back-to-school butterflies are normal, but parents should carefully watch their kids' interactions for signs of bullying.

Dr. Kristina Sowar, a psychiatrist at the University of New Mexico Health, says beyond the physical campus, online bullying has become a greater concern than physical intimidation.
